the kagga is back, with a vengence - or at least a sammy. this is the pastrami sammi.
first, home made bread:
with pastrami you definitely need some tight mustard:
add the mustard and pastrami:
add cheese (this is mature cheddar but i would normally suggest emmental or jarlsburg) and some tight crinkled pickles:
finally, add (by order of the wifey) some greens, in this case rocket:
bam.
