the kagga memory is shot. i think it’s the phd. i’m telling people things twice, thrice and more. i used to have a good memory compared to those around me at okie state university. these days i’m some sort of handicap eking out my studies by writing in short, manageable blocks of information. it could just be a change of venue. people with memories like helenaga or my supervisor are a rare breed anywhere in the world. it could be a loss of confidence brought about by being in a relationship with someone with an elephantine memory for nearly 6 years.
